The Multi-Ply ShearCare 1500 Pressure Redistribution Foam Mattress is a bariatric, latex-free therapeutic mattress designed to provide pressure redistribution and reduce shear and friction for users at increased risk of skin breakdown. Its two-layer foam construction features a full-width, high-resiliency, high-density die-cut foam top layer for enhanced pressure redistribution and support, combined with a high-density bottom layer for added stability. A premium foam heel section helps offload pressure from vulnerable heels. The mattress measures 42" W x 80" L x 6" H and supports up to 650 lb. Its removable, breathable multi-stretch cover is fluid resistant, low shear, and vapor permeable to help protect the skin from moisture and friction. The mattress also meets CFR 1632 and CFR 1633 flammability standards and includes a 5-year limited foam warranty and 3-year cover warranty.
